The quickest route is to open an issue on GitHub. Please say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and which browser you use. If the problem is with an imported file, describe its layout; please do not attach a real project schedule that contains confidential information.

Your data
Projects you keep without signing in live only in your own browser, so we cannot see or recover them. Export a backup from the scheduler to keep a copy. If you signed in, you can delete your account and saved projects yourself from the account window. See the privacy policy for details.
